We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

E-bikes and certain accessories may have specific shipping requirements due to size, weight, or hazardous materials (e.g., batteries).

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@tuttiobikes.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
